Description
This is my Trainers starter Pokemon, Aya. For the longest time... actually from the moment I first posted her up, I've been wanting to give her a better look and design. The reason why I never got around to it was, when I first drew her, she went by the name Teddie and not because I couldn't think of a more creative name, but because originally she was a he. You see, when my Teddiursa got enough levels to evolve into a Ursaring, it was going to go by Ted instead of Teddie. But quickly dropped the idea and stuck with my Teddiursa being a girl and decided to name her Aya instead of Teddie.
It was going to be a fun little trick I played on the members of my group. I still plan on using this idea just for a different character/Pokemon. With that being said, I hope that all of you like Aya's new look! If you want to see what she looked like before her update, just look below at the ‘before and after’ meme; which you can also see an improvement of my art from then and now.

★ Height: 3 feet & 9 inches
★ Pokemon: Teddiursa
★ Baby Move: Belly Drum
★ Pokemon Traits: Two tone hair color, dark taupe colored eyes, fuzzy bear ears and tail.
★ Family: Father; Harru || Mother; Naterra || Two older Brothers; Benjiro & Cosmo || One younger Sister; Naniko || One younger Brother; Nanuro
★ Friends at Daycare: Borya & Mina (so far)
★ Likes: Being spoiled, having her way, attention, napping, her blanky, when she is called Princesses and treated like a princesses.
★ Dislikes: Anyone that steals her spot light, when her older brothers pick on her, when Tami goes out with Gobi, Zero and everything he does.
★ Personality: Energetic, straightforward and slightly selfish, Aya can sometimes be a little overwhelming. Now that she is older, Aya is a lot stronger than what she use to be. She speaks her mind and has no filter to her thoughts makes her a bit insensitive sometimes; but that's if you get on her bad side. In Aya's good graces, she can be playful, sweet and even willing to share depending on what the toys or snacks are.
★ About:
Once underestimated for being cute and little by those on Ayas team, they all know better not to mess with her anymore now that shes older; that is if count out her older brothers that can't help but pick and teas their little sister. Aya is still a big handful but a little more manageable than what she use to be. She no longer throws tantrums or is she as selfish as she once was. Tami still treats her the same giving her what she wants but only if Aya has earned it. Despite how Aya use to be, she loves and respects Tami a little more now.
With Aya being little more pleasant, she has been able to make some friends in and outside of her team. No longer does she cling to Tamis side, Aya has learned to be a little more independent for a girl her age. But even with her new attitude towards things, she still strongly believes that Tami is her mother, but slowly realizing that she is not human like Tami but a Pokemon.
★ History:
Aya was nothing more than an egg given to Tami by her original starter Pokemon, an old Ursaring, that went by the name Harru. He told Tami to watch and take care of it before he went missing. Tami was truly heart broken over Harru's lost but still kept watch over the egg like she had promised. Of course the egg didn't remain an egg forever, so when it came time for it to hatch, Tami was sleeping in her bed when a small baby Teddiursa came out of the egg and started to cry. Tami immediately woke up not knowing what the noise was only to see that Harru's egg had hatched. Tami then cried with the baby Teddiursa making it stop crying when it noticed Tami was crying with her. The baby Teddiursa clinged to Tami thinking that she was her mother and when she was old enough to talk, she called Tami ‘Mama’. Before then, Tami gave the little Teddiursa the name Aya, meaning ‘small miracle’. Tami really does see Aya being her little miracle and still does to this day.
★ How Captured:
Aya was never really caught or placed in a pokeballs. Aya actually thinks that Tami is her REAL mother and even believes that she is a real person, not just some Pokemon. She refuses to go inside a pokeball and luckily for Aya, Tami would never put her in.
★ Miscellaneous:
* Even if Aya is a little more well behaved, she still has her bratty moments.
* Aya isn't so scared of Tami's boyfriend, Gobi, but still holds her guard against him.
* She still doesn't like to be left at the daycare but she enjoys it more then she use to.
* From time to time, you can catch Aya suching on her thumb due to her missing the pacifier.
* Even if she still has her blanky, you don't normally see her with it at hand; its just to help her sleep.
